Collaboration with Barbican Wildlife Garden

We’re delighted to share an upcoming collaboration!

On 6th and 7th June, during the Open Garden Days, the Barbican Art Society will take part as Artist in Residence in the Barbican Wildlife Garden. Gabrielle Oliver - our trustee and a member of the Botanical Group - will spend the weekend gathering inspiration from the garden’s exceptional landscape.

The programme will continue in August with an Outdoor Painting Workshop in the Wildlife Garden. It can be booked from the 2nd of May!

2026 Open Evening

Join us on the 27th of May for a display of student works from all our classes!

Refreshments and nibbles will be provided.

Piano recital!

Experience an evening of poetic and imaginative music inspired by childhood tales and fantastical worlds, performed by BAS trustee François-Xavier Villemin.

All proceeds will support Barts Heritage, helping preserve one of London’s most historic spaces.
