Monday Mixed Media class

A stimulating class where beginners learn to draw and paint and experienced students develop their own projects. Each week brings a set-up or theme to explore - still life, portrait, figure, interiors, landscape or abstract.

Mondays 10:00 to 12:30

21/09 to 30/11, except 26/10

MATERIALS

Basics - A5/A4 sketchbook, pencils (HB/B & 4B), sharpener, eraser, paper (cartridge, A3 pad or loose)

Pastels - affordable set e.g. Inscribe, pastel paper (A3 pad or 6 sheets e.g. Ingres by D-R), stomps

Watercolours - tubes (e.g. W&N Permanent Rose, Winsor Lemon & Indanthrene Blue 5 mL), brushes (small & medium, synthetic is ok), kitchen towel, watercolour paper (A3 pad or 6 sheets)

We also work with charcoal, ink & acrylics. You may use gouache or oils.
